We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef - Asian Cuisine to help us create exceptional food experiences for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis , contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Commercially focused with ability to measure impact and results
Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at
all organizational levels
Ability to work individually and within a team
Passion about food and customer service
Demonstrates Compass values and recognition principles
Understands and has knowledge of industry trends and direction
Ability to learn and effectively utilise Client tools
Strong communicator that can confidently speak with all levels within the business, where necessary utilising negotiation and reasoning skills
Communicate and collaborate across many teams about multiple projects taking place simultaneously
Good interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to spot new and innovative ways to produce food solutions to our customers
