Facilities Operative

Our manufacturing client based in North Wicklow is seeking a Facilities Operative to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. You will play a key role in ensuring an efficient working environment and be the first point of contact for a variety of facility related tasks.

For you:

40-45k DOE.
Parking onsite.
22 days annual leave.
Pension + more.
Located in North Wicklow.
Join a tight and high preforming team.

Key responsibilities:

Preforming routine inspections of the facility, this includes the office, communal areas, and the production spaces.
Maintain the external grounds of the facility including some light gardening work.
Preform minor repairs and liaise with external contractors.
Manage and replenish supplies and stock.
Respond promptly to facility-related issues.
Ensure compliance and regulations as per company policies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Other facility/maintenance related tasks as required. 

Key requirements:

Previous experience in a facility or maintenance role.
Previous experience in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry. electrical).
Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, or similar quality standards is an advantage.
MEWP training would be advantageous.
This role may involve out of hour calls.
This role includes lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
