Systems Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Finance team's role in the Microsoft Business Central ERP implementation.
- Analyse and optimise financial processes for efficiency and automation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide training and support to finance teams on system usage.
- Develop detailed financial reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and senior stakeholders to align financial systems with business goals.
- Design and implement strong financial controls and reconciliation processes.
- Identify and test system enhancements to improve performance.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
- 5+ years' experience in systems accounting, including ERP implementation.
- Expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

- Strong team player with high integrity.
