Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Lead to lead the Finance team's involvement in an ERP Implementation Project. As a key member of the project team, you will play a critical role in implementing Microsoft Business Central, ensuring best-practice financial processes, data management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance team's role in the Microsoft Business Central ERP implementation.
  • Analyse and optimise financial processes for efficiency and automation.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide training and support to finance teams on system usage.
  • Develop detailed financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and senior stakeholders to align financial systems with business goals.
  • Design and implement strong financial controls and reconciliation processes.
  • Identify and test system enhancements to improve performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years' experience in systems accounting, including ERP implementation.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
