About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Control Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining our change control business system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with global business process owners and change control community of practice to resolve issues and strive for continuous improvement.
  2. Provide mentoring and hypercare as required, and complete administration activities on behalf of site users of change control systems.
  3. Attend community of practice meetings for change control, and champion global directives for improvements to business systems and processes.
  4. Generate and monitor monthly change control metrics, and review and respond to quality council metrics.
  5. Provide guidance to change initiators/owners and advise on monitoring and management of changes in change control applications.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in science or engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • You possess excellent communication, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • You have leadership principles, quality policies, and procedures knowledge.
  • You are a team player with the ability to work across boundaries.
