Change Control Systems Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Control Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining our change control business system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with global business process owners and change control community of practice to resolve issues and strive for continuous improvement.
- Provide mentoring and hypercare as required, and complete administration activities on behalf of site users of change control systems.
- Attend community of practice meetings for change control, and champion global directives for improvements to business systems and processes.
- Generate and monitor monthly change control metrics, and review and respond to quality council metrics.
- Provide guidance to change initiators/owners and advise on monitoring and management of changes in change control applications.
About You:
- You have a strong background in science or engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
- You possess excellent communication, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- You have leadership principles, quality policies, and procedures knowledge.
- You are a team player with the ability to work across boundaries.
