Job Description

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

As the Finance Expert Lead, you will be responsible for leading the finance team's subject matter expertise, co-ordinating finance consolidation processes, and delivering high-quality financial modelling. You will work closely with the business and finance teams to analyse performance and drive continuous efficiencies across the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively. They will also possess project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholder groups, and identify and resolve risks and issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Finance Team Subject Matter Expertise
• Co-ordinate Finance Consolidation Processes
• Deliver High-Quality Financial Modelling
• Analyse Performance and Drive Continuous Efficiencies
• Project Management Skills
• Identify and Resolve Risks and Issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant third-level degree and at least 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA; ACMA; ACCA) or equivalent
• Strong report writing skills and commercial experience
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups
• Ability to identify and resolve risks and issues
