Act as the key point of contact with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication at all stages. Oversee project timelines, cost control, procurement, and risk management. Provide leadership and direction to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience working as a Project Manager on construction projects in Ireland. Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, health and safety legislation, and modern construction practices. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive project delivery. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
