Mechanical Site ManagerDublin €60-70k We are looking for Mechanical Site Supervisors able to manage and assess the day-to-day workload on large scale residential and apartment projects within the Dublin area. Candidates will need to be fully qualified in mechanical engineering and ideally from a trades background, with at least three years of experience in a lead or supervisory role. Duties Include Undertake regular inspections of Mechanical works to ensure compliance with specification Liaison with QS/ Contract Managers - on site performance, progress, records, issues, correspondence, applications Monitoring of progress, handover records, history of subcontractor changes and issues. Assist in resolving on-site Mechanical technical queries with production team.
