Our manufacturing client is looking to welcome a Finance Director to join the business. Reporting to the MD, you will oversee the full finance function, assess drivers of profitability and develop plans to achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities Oversee Finance function, with particular focus on cost management, risk management, cash flow, controls and business intelligence
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation/submission of monthly and year-end financial and monthly management accounts
Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities through data mining and analysis to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the company
Be a key partner in the development of the strategy with growth plans
Identify commercial, financial and economic risks
Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements Experienced senior finance/accounting professional with a background in manufacturing (essential)
A hands-on ‘get it done’ mentality and approach to work
Ability to thrive and deliver success with a small team
Highly adaptable, dynamic and can pivot as the business scales
