A reputable mid-size contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the finishing works on a residential apartment development in Drogheda. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can lead a team to deliver high-quality finishes on time and to specification. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades on-site, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and joinery. Ensure works are carried out to the highest quality standards and in line with project specifications. Monitor daily progress and manage workflow to meet project deadlines. Maintain health and safety compliance on-site and ensure the team follows all safety procedures. Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Conduct quality inspections and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays. Mentor and guide finishing teams to improve efficiency and workmanship. Requirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential or apartment projects. Strong knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Hands-on, problem-solving approach with attention to detail. Relevant construction or trade qualifications are advantageous.
