Were seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across multiple internal portfolios within our Change & Transformation function. Youll be at the heart of delivering technology, infrastructure, and information security projects that enhance how our business operates and collaborates. This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives under pressure, and brings structure and momentum to multi-workstream environments. Youll play a critical role in restoring at-risk projects to success and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure and security-focused initiatives, working closely with cross-functional and vendor teams. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including scope, milestones, budgets, and dependencies. Establish clear governance and communication frameworks across stakeholders at all levels. Produce transparent progress reporting and management information to support decision-making. Anticipate delivery challenges, proactively managing risks, issues, and change requests. Build trusted relationships with internal partners and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment and accountability. Balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on quality and business outcomes. Skills & Experience Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). Minimum 45 years experience managing complex projects in technology or infrastructure environments. Proven background in Agile delivery and adaptive project environments. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and delivering results under tight deadlines. Proficient in tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, and Clarity.
