Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover 9 Month Contract) Location: Park West, Dublin 12 Salary: €60,000 per annum + 10% bonus About the Role An established and respected retail organisation is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join its dynamic team on a 9-month maternity leave contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven marketer to take ownership of impactful campaigns that deliver real commercial value. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies, managing cross-functional relationships, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership. Plan and deliver a calendar of integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Manager. Manage campaign budgets and ensure timely, on-brand execution. Conduct market research, brand tracking, and customer segmentation projects. Support the Head of Marketing with budget oversight, reporting, and team leadership. Mentor and manage team members, supporting their professional growth. Coordinate company-wide events such as conferences, awards nights, and seasonal celebrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including HR, Operations, Trading, and Food. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role, ideally within retail or FMCG. Proven experience in marketing strategy development and campaign management. Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Commercially minded with budget management experience. Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure. Creative, adaptable, and solutions-focused. Full Irish driving licence required. Enthusiastic and motivated, with a genuine passion for marketing and retail.
