This is an exciting opportunity for a talented BIM professional to work on major projects with blue-chip clients, collaborating closely with commercial teams, design teams, contracts managers, and project directors. Role Overview Reporting directly to the BIM Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing BIM processes and deliverables to ensure the highest standards of quality, coordination, and efficiency are achieved across all project phases. Duties & Responsibilities Work closely with the BIM Lead to ensure workflows and project deliverables meet required standards and client expectations. Coordinate and develop accurate and detailed BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to define project-specific standards and quality requirements. Produce and maintain detailed 3D BIM models in accordance with project specifications. Ensure models align with the BIM Execution Plan and established workflows. Collaborate internally and externally with design and project teams across multiple disciplines. Create and manage BIM content, including the setup of Revit families and templates. Develop construction drawings and extract key project data. Administer and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) in compliance with ISO standards. Enforce BEPs, standard methods, and procedures within the CDE. Perform model validation and clash detection using Navisworks. Monitor and review BIM Execution Plan implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with subcontractors and design teams to agree on objectives and coordination standards. Support continuous improvement of BIM knowledge and digital workflows across the organisation. Skills & Experience Required A degree in Building Information Modelling, Engineering, or Architecture (Level 7/8) preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in a BIM-related role (experience with a main contractor in build/fit-out is advantageous). Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; understanding of Dynamo desirable but not essential. Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture, with an understanding of MEP and structural elements. Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM data management tools. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination. Passion for innovation and digital transformation within the construction industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
