Management Accountant — North Dublin
What You’ll Do Take ownership of month-end accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and reporting for multiple cost centres.
Prepare monthly performance reports with analysis of variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide revenue and margin reporting by product, business unit, and customer.
Prepare reconciliations, journals, and support schedules for balance sheet accounts.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
Work with stakeholders to track KPIs, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
Support automation projects to reduce manual work.
What We’re Looking For Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA).
Experience with order-to-cash processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft AX, SAP, or similar).
Proven track record in process improvement and automation.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Experience in FMCG, logistics, or similar industries is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, able to work across teams and functions.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
