Job Description: As a result of strong growth we are seeking a career orientated Aftersales Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous Senior Aftersales Management experience in the motor trade. The successful candidate must be target driven, excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. If you are ambitious, customer focused and enjoy a challenge, we would like to hear from you The role will be responsible for customer care, overseeing warranty, manage and develop key aftersales accounts, ensure brand standard targets are achieved across the network, while ensuring dealers have the necessary support provided in order to achieve their overall objectives. Key duties and responsibilities Warranty - responsible for the overall operation of warranty policy, warranty audits and achievement of brand objectives. Ensuring warranty recall /service action campaign targets are achieved across the network. Business Strategy - Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring dealers optimize revenue potential along with driving continuous growth. Sales and Revenue Generation - Identify and cultivate relationships with dealers /partners alike to drive sales growth for parts and accessories. Team Collaboration - Collaborative approach with all internal departments, displaying results-oriented mindset. Planning Develop a business plan that aligns with company goals and growth strategy, ensuring each target group objective is achieved. Customer Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Provide excellent support and address any concerns or issues promptly. Reporting and Analysis - Prepare dealer KPI reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, market trends, and competitive analysis to the Aftersales Director. Use of data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives. Other tasks may be included periodically. Essential Skills & Experience Commercial awareness. Process driven, displaying excellent organizational skills. Customer orientation along with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A desire to provide Best in Classcustomer experience. Ability to manage a team/s while ensuring strong communication across all departments. Strong numerical, analytical, problem solving skillset. Excellent planning skills with the ability to ensure maximum productivity is achieved. Senior Automotive Aftersales experience at retail / distributor level.
