About the Role: As a Team Leader in Branch Banking, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the day to day running of your branch, leading, managing, and motivating a team of between 4 and 15 colleagues depending on branch location. The role involves developing your team to support and deliver a strong commercial performance through optimising our customer segmentation strategy, sourcing new business development opportunities, increasing customer acquisition whilst maintaining positive relationships with our existing personal and business customer base. What You will Do: Lead, motivate, and develop customer experience and customer adviser teams. Build customer engagement by embedding an ethos of service excellence within the team and promoting the education of customers on our omni channels offerings Optimise your branchs commercial performance through business development, lead generation and financial planning in your branch, supporting and empowering your team members to optimise the opportunities within the existing customer base and your local market. Manage the risk and controls agenda of the branch to ensure that all aspects of your business are completed in a regulatorily compliant manner. Ensure the team fully understand their impact on compliance and embed a right first time approach across your team, leading by example. Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship building. Implement strategies to enhance branch operations and efficiency. What We are Looking For: Proven experience in customer facing roles within a Retail Finance environment with a history of achievement in sales and relationship management. A commitment to teamwork and community engagement Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills. Full QFA with compliant CPD hours for the relevant CPD years. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Full Driving Licence Ready to Lead?
