Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist with extensive experience in processing payroll operations, particularly within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with processing high volume payrolls. The role involves assisting with payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Location: Dublin 12
Hourly Rate: €27.58 p/h
Contract: 3-Month Temporary

Key Responsibilities:


Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including but not limited to, data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
Utilize SAP software to process payroll efficiently and accurately.
Review and approve payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide expertise and guidance on payroll-related matters to internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field desirable.
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on public sector pay.
Proficiency in using SAP software for payroll processing.
Experience in approving payrolls and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
