About the Role
You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to learn important skills and meet experienced team members. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.

Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine and provide recommendations.

Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.

Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

General cleaning of bar and restaurant.

Serve guests with food and beverage.

What You’ll Need

Previous experience is essential.

Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends.

Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.

Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Micros experience would be preferable.

Experience in a hotel is preferable.
