Responsibilities and Duties will include: Responsible for overall day to day Café operations Supervising & directing colleagues Stock management & ordering Stocktakes Waste management Providing excellent customer service and assistance ast all times Working as part of a team Be knowledgeable and comply with all legislation in relation to Food, Health and Safety and Underage sales. Ensuring excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times Weekly department roster & colleague holiday management The ideal candidate: Minimum of 1 years experience asCafé/Deli Supervisor is required for this role Good team leader & motivator Passionate about good food Familiar with all Café procedures, including stock take and waste management Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills Enthusiastic and confiden with a "Can do" attitude Willing to provide a friendly and efficient service Team player, willing to get involved across all aspects of shop operations. Fully Flexible across the week Able to start as early as 6am between Monday and Sunday Wont be suitable for STAMP 2 Holders as this role requires to work over 30 hrs per week
