The Beresford Hotel, a busy 3-star hotel located in the heart of Dublin City Centre, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. About the Role: As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our 107 guest rooms and public areas. You will supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all guest expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping department. Maintain and monitor housekeeping standards in guest rooms and public areas. Train, support, and motivate housekeeping staff. Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance issues. Coordinate daily room assignments and ensure timely room readiness. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth guest service. Requirements: Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (or in a similar role) in a busy hotel environment. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong command of English; Spanish language skills are a distinct advantage. A working knowledge of Rezlynx PMS is desirable. Ability to lead a team with a hands-on approach. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
