We are currently recruiting for aCafé Manager in our Arboretum Urban Green Store in Dublin City Centre. This is a day-time position, where the successful candidate will work across weekdays and weekends. Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Oversee Café operations, ensuring a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for customers while motivating and developing the team to deliver outstanding service. Customer Experience: Cultivate a customer-focused culture, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality food presentation, and prompt problem resolution. Operational Excellence: Maintain a well-organised, clean, and efficient café environment, ensuring smooth daily operations, from opening to closing procedures. Sales & POS Management: Efficiently manage the point-of-sale system, monitor transactions, and ensure cash-handling accuracy. Stock & Display Management: Supervise stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure appealing and organised food displays. Compliance & Safety: Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations, implement best practices, and promote a safe working environment for staff and customers. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. Requirements Managerial or supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and developing staff. Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with confidence in engaging customers. Food Safety Training and awareness Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced setting. Why work with us?
