Company Overview: Home Comfort Retrofits is Kildare’s only one-stop shop for home energy solutions, currently leading a range of retrofit projects throughout the surrounding area. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking skilled professionals to join our team and contribute to the installation of energy-efficient systems that enhance home comfort and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out domestic heating and plumbing installations, with a primary focus on retrofitting projects and the installation of air-to-water heat pump systems.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all service and installation documentation.
Seamlessly integrate existing plumbing systems with new retrofit installations, maximizing energy efficiency.
Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections, addressing any leaks, blockages, or issues within the system.
Follow all safety guidelines and company standards during installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions to maintain optimal system performance.
Requirements:
Fully qualified plumber with a strong background in both residential and commercial work.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing, with significant involvement in retrofit projects and heat pump installations.
Excellent commitment to safety and quality, with strong attention to detail.
Deep understanding of the plumbing and heating industry, with a proven track record in similar roles.
Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificates are essential.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
