CPM Ireland, the leading field sales marketing agency in Ireland, is looking for a Merchandiser to support our team in the festive season. You will work alongside our existing merchandisers and be responsible for ensuring that Britvic products are placed in key locations within retail stores, which will significantly influence customers' purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with store managers to maximize product exposure and sales. €13.50 per hour, 8 hours per day between Tuesday 16th December and Tuesday 23rd December 2025. You do need to be available for shifts every day (includes weekend working). Full drivers licence essential.

This role is pivotal to ensure that we have full coverage over the festive season, you will be given a van and need to be flexible as you could travel to several different stores every day across your territory. Once in store, you will need to be happy to work alone or alongside the existing territory manager to ensure that all POS is on the shop floor, that any free-standing display units and in store sitings are fully stocked. Where possible, you will identify new opportunities for additional sitings for Britvic in store and get agreement for these sitings with the store manager.

Responsibilities

Travel across a territory to distribute POS or stock and support the merchandiser to ensure Britvic products are available in stores in the correct location and quantity.

Create visually appealing product displays that encourage purchases.

Manage and maintain inventory levels at store locations to ensure optimal and efficient product supply.

Build and maintain strong relationships with store management to ensure positive product placement.

Document store visits, including photographs of displays and shelves.

Requirements

You will ideally have previous retail or merchandising experience.

Ability to deliver high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.

A strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with store management.

A team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Full Drivers licence is essential
