Project Manager

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will support the wider business from within the newly created Project Management Office and will be pivotal in supporting in the design and build of a centralised, structured, and streamlined PMO.

Key Accountabilities:

Overview:

This role will also be responsible to support key projects focusing on business growth, sales enablement and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring this analysis is relevant for each specific business. They will be comfortable using a wide range of analytical tools to help with their analysis, be experienced with digital and traditional business data. This role will be responsible for providing quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and insight on projects. As the successful candidate will ensure that internal briefs are translated into analytical projects, they need to be comfortable working on their own analytics projects while also working with the PMO team on larger, more complex briefs.

Responsible for:

• Complete all project tasks within scope to the level and quality required on time and in budget

• Streamline workflows of each project and oversee resource management, project measurement and reporting.

• Performing quality control on all projects throughout development

• Central point of contact for teams assigned to the project to ensure team actions remain in synergy and ensure clear communication channels between functions and the PMO.

• Ensure prompt escalation of risks and issues to enable proactive risk management strategies to be implemented.

• Design, train and implement consistent methodologies and project management tools for all projects within the business.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management solutions and practices

• Provide regular and detailed updates to stakeholders as required

Requirements:

• Third Level Degree in a relevant discipline

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience with capability to lead projects throughout an organization

• Exceptional project management skills with experience of project management methodologies and tools

• Project Management qualification required i.e. PMP, Scrum Master Certification, Prince2.

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel to advanced level is a minimum requirement

• Capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing, quick environment

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work and develop relationships cross functionally and across levels to achieve business goals

• Full clean B driving license (the role may involve travel, so a degree of flexibility is required)
