We are going through a period of sustained growth and are looking to recruit an ambitious PR Campaigns Executive to help continue that journey.
Responsibilities
Plan, implement and optimise PR campaigns across business and technology media, as well as music industry media for copyright management.
Plan, manage and deliver key events such as product launches, sponsorship activations, customer events and conferences. Liaise with third-party suppliers to deliver according to Spanish Point Technologies event plans.
Draft and distribute customer communications including event invitations, gifting, key company and account updates.
Develop PR materials with messaging that is tailored towards target audiences outlined in our brand strategy and audience segmentation strategy. Write best-in-class press releases, create press packs and draft Spanish Point Technologies spokesperson materials for media engagement.
Manage and lead campaign asset creation, including announcements, event content, case studies, photography and videos. Liaise with external photography and video teams as required.
Liaise with marketing team members to repurpose PR and events content for digital channels (e.g. social media, digital advertising, email newsletters, website copy and blog posts)
Measure media campaign outcomes, analyse results and make recommendations to optimise campaign performance.
Track and improve performance against set KPIs including audience reach, media engagement, pieces of coverage secured, customer engagement, event registration and attendance.
Work closely with Head of Marketing to run reporting for brand performance and market awareness. Support development and implementation campaign approaches to drive brand engagement.
Monitor budget allocation across PR campaigns to achieve maximum impact of marketing spend.
Stay up to date with industry media, B2B events and technology industry trends. Recommend new platforms and marketing campaign ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills, knowledge and experience
You will have at least 1-2 years of experience in technology related product and services PR (events, sponsorship, media and communications campaigns).
Proven experience engaging media, landing key messaging and coverage.
Event management experience including brand and sponsorship activations, photo opportunities, customer event planning and delivery, media relations and spokesperson briefing for live events.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Meta and Twitter (X) / Bluesky.
You will have excellent English language presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
Previous experience working within a Microsoft partner ecosystem, SaaS, or B2B Communications.
Proficiency with media monitoring tools and hands-on experience with reporting processes for PR and media.
Nice to have
Familiarity with SEO, landing page and conversion rate optimisation.
Familiarity with website CMS including Sitecore, WordPress or similar platforms.
Familiarity with email marketing including ClickDimensions or similar B2B email communications platforms.
Demonstrable experience collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or Technology.
