Operations Manager - Kitchen Industry - salary negotiable depending on experience. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to join our team in an office-based role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. This position offers a varied workload, requiring a balance of technical expertise, organisational skills, and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the kitchen industry and be comfortable managing everything from design and ordering to staff coordination and project completion. Key Responsibilities Producing detailed production drawings using AutoCAD Ordering materials/goods and maintaining accurate stock control and records Preparing costings for incoming materials and goods Overseeing and supporting workshop staff and fitting teams Organising snag lists and ensuring successful completion of projects Managing the day-to-day operations of the business and collaborating with office staff Conducting site surveys, liaising with contractors, and providing excellent customer service Candidate Requirements Extensive knowledge of the kitchen industry is essential Strong AutoCAD skills with proven experience in producing production drawings Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities Strong communication and people management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering results What We Offer Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience Opportunity to work across all aspects of the business with genuine responsibility A collaborative working environment with a focus on quality and service Skills: operations autocad design Benefits: Negotiable DOE
