Hyde & Seek Childcare are currently seeking a branch manager. The role of the Manager will be to provide professional leadership and management within the creche, to effectively manage the day-to day running of the service as required and to deliver the highest standards of care and child development. As Manager you will be responsible for the following Promoting high standards of care and education Ensuring that the welfare and needs of each child are met at all times Compliance with all regulations and guidelines Support staff in fulfilling their roles and goals, Compliance with all Hyde & Seek policies and procedures Working in partnership with parents/carers Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and parents. Managing some financial aspects of the service You will be required to have the following skills A broad knowledge of childcare regulations and experience working with Tulsa An understanding of implementing an Aistear based Curriculum To be self motivated and have an ability to motivate others Strong Organisational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills An understanding of the financial aspects of running the business Excellent Leadership skills Strong Computer Skills Full clean driving license would be an advantage A minimum FETAC Level 6 award or a higher award from a recognised body Management qualification is an advantage 2 years experience in a management or supervisory role in a childcare setting Salary is depending on experience and qualifications Skills: Leadership/Management Skills communication skills. knowledge of regulations Organisational Skills
