Job Purpose
Join us and you will oversee daily despatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment. This will involve managing the order book, allocating orders for picking, planning loads, and coordinating deliveries with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

1. Review the order book daily to ensure all orders are properly logged and any new orders are added.
2. Prioritise orders based on customer demand and delivery schedules.
3. Plan & help with dispatch loads, ensuring efficient use of vehicles/space.
4. Proactively coordinate with suppliers/clients to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
5. Update & maintain monthly KPIs to ensure despatch goals/performance metrics are met.
6. Motivate & develop your team.
7. Work safely & comply with legal & company regulations.

Job Requirements

1. Solid experience in a despatch, logistics or supply chain role.
2. Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of SAP and other logistics or warehouse management systems.
4. Proficient use of MS Office.
5. Strong analytical skills required.
6. Ability to prioritise tasks, plan & allocate resources effectively.
7. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally & in writing.
