This senior leadership role, as part of the management team, will be pivotal in defining and implementing the company's commercial strategy while supporting its long-term expansion objectives. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the design and execution of commercial strategies in line with company growth targets. Oversee all commercial elements of customer projects, ensuring profitability and timely delivery. Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and stability. Strengthen sales efforts through strategic pricing, promotional activities, and customer engagement. Leverage KPIs and performance insights to guide continuous improvement and strategic planning. Direct day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth cross-departmental coordination for seamless service delivery. Lead, mentor, and support teams-including department heads-while fostering a culture of high performance. Play an active role in enforcing health and safety standards throughout the organization.
