Your Mission: Shape the Future of User Experience

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll be a cornerstone of the Product Team, elevating our client’s platform with seamless, user-centric designs. Your creativity and expertise will redefine how users interact with cutting-edge solutions, setting benchmarks for engagement and innovation. Here’s what you’ll do:

- Design Seamless User Journeys : Create intuitive interfaces through user research, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user satisfaction.

- Set Industry-Leading Standards : Introduce innovative design methodologies, build a cohesive design system, and champion accessible, inclusive interfaces aligned with the latest trends.

- Drive Product Innovation : Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, proposing bold ideas that align designs with user needs and business objectives.

- Navigate Complexity with Clarity : Thrive in a fast-paced environment by interpreting ambiguous information and delivering clarity to keep teams aligned on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Design Execution : Own the end-to-end design process for user-facing products, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, engaging, and meets user expectations.

- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with engineers and stakeholders to align design solutions with user needs and business goals, influencing product development and feature prioritization.

- Establish a Design System : Create and maintain a unified design system, setting best practices for user-centered design and ensuring accessibility across all platforms.

- Conduct User Research : Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to inform data-driven designs, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

- Clarify and Align : Gather and interpret information from diverse sources, managing ambiguity to keep the team focused in a dynamic environment.

- Support Junior Designers : Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and strategic designer who excels in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You bring:

- 4+ Years of UX/UI Experience : Proven expertise designing for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging user experiences.

- Mastery of Design Tools : Proficiency with tools like Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- End-to-End UX Expertise : Deep understanding of the UX design process, from research and concept development to prototyping, user validation, and implementation.

- Interaction & Visual Design Skills : Strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, and low/high-fidelity prototyping.

- Collaboration with Developers : Experience working closely with development teams to bring designs to life.

- Design Systems Knowledge : Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems for consistency and scalability.

- Exceptional Communication : Excellent English proficiency and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders with authenticity and clarity.

- Location : Ideally based in Europe, with the flexibility to work primarily remotely and a willingness to travel as needed.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research for data-driven design decisions.

- Skills in motion design and creating engaging animations.

- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as they relate to UX.
