Job Description

Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for prototypes and applications.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, mock‑ups, and design systems to support product development.

Ensure accessibility and responsive design across platforms (Web, Mobile, Desktop).

Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional code.

Streamline user experiences across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.

Document design decisions based on business requirements.

Support internal staff through knowledge transfer sessions.

Continuously improve user interfaces with a focus on simplicity, usability, and sleek design.

Qualifications

4‑6 years experience in Applications Development Lifecycle.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong online portfolio showcasing UX/UI work.

Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

Experience with HTML5, CSS/Sass, and template engines.

Familiarity with client‑side JavaScript and server‑side JavaScript stacks.

Experience working with AI tools to enhance the design process.

Ability to generate efficient front‑end code and collaborate with development teams.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.

Effective communication in English, both oral and written.
