Residential & Commercial Projects

Lead Group Ireland are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale residential and commercial projects, managing the process from design and planning through to completion .

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects through all phases, from pre-construction to handover.

Coordinate design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.

Provide clear progress reporting and maintain excellent client relationships.

Proactively manage risks and resolve project challenges.

Requirements

Degree in Construction/Engineering, or a related discipline.

Proven track record managing or supporting large residential and/or commercial projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
