What Youll Be Doing As the heartbeat of the sales support team, youll help keep everything on track by: Managing rental and sales enquiries from healthcare providers and private customers. Preparing quotes, processing orders and payments, and coordinating deliveries. Keeping accurate records in ERP and CRM systems. Supporting internal meetings and company events. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors. Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and admin teams to deliver seamless service. What Youll Bring 2+ years experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer support role. Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner. Strong organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
