Overview Are you a passionate and strategic People & Culture Manager looking for an exciting new role in Limerick?
Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick , part of The iNUA Collection, Ireland's leading regional hotel group, is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join the team. Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas In this influential role, your focus will be on driving key Human Resources initiatives across the hotel:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the Recruitment process for the hotel, attracting and hiring top hospitality talent who embody the iNUA spirit.
Talent Development & Training: Develop and implement innovative Training and Development programs to empower our team and enhance their skillsets.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Champion our engagement strategy, cultivating a positive, inclusive, and thriving work environment where colleagues feel valued and supported.
HR Strategy & Operations: Partner with hotel leadership to align the People Strategy with business objectives. Ensure compliance with Irish Employment Law and HR Best Practices.
This role is vital for maintaining our reputation as an Employer of Choice in the Limerick hospitality market.
What We're Looking For You are an ideal fit if you have a proven track record as an effective HR leader (or HR Manager).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dedicated People & Culture or Human Resources role, ideally within a Hotel or the broader Hospitality Industry.
A relevant qualification (Bachelor's Degree) in Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
A strategic, passionate leader with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Strong practical knowledge of Irish Employment Law, employee relations, and HR management systems.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced Hotel environment and excels at building strong, positive relationships.
