Day-to-day responsibilities Investigate and resolve issues via ticketing system. Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures Review content online, sensitive/graphic nature. Requirements: Fluency in Estonian or Hebrew and English Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work Good knowledge of internet and associated technologies Why should you apply for this role?
