Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals and quarterly plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Stakeholder management; build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Swedish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

In this role, you will be the front-line seller who will serve as the face of Google. Using a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, you will improve campaign performance, drive thoughtful Google product adoption, and build short- and medium-term strategies to meet business and marketing objectives. You will have knowledge of online media, communication skills and investigative abilities. You will enable design transformative media strategies for growth based on the customer objectives. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber solution selling, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. Using your commercial acumen, you will uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their objectives while driving incremental business agreements through our industry leading advertising solutions.
