Job description:

Responsible for assisting Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs with the day-to-day monitoring of trials.

Responsible for the generation of internal management reports and provision of these to the Project Coordinator II or the Project Manager, e.g. open status reports, commented results reports.

Responsible for the generation of external management reports and provision of these to the Project Manager.

Responsible for creating study documents from templates in the set-up phase of a study e.g. communication / escalation plan, ICOLABS forms.

As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

Performs any other task related to project management that may be required.
