The Westbury Hotel is seeking a Guest Experience Manager who will lead our Front of House team in delivering warm, thoughtful, and seamless service from arrival to departure. In this role, you will oversee the guest journey, anticipate needs, resolve issues with confidence and professionalism, and ensure every guest enjoys a personalised and memorable stay. You will collaborate closely with all departments to maintain the highest service standards and elevate our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, proven experience in luxury environments, and the ability to remain composed in a fast paced setting. Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
