Account Strategist, Engage, Google Customer Solutions (English, Swedish)
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Swedish fluently to support clients in the Swedish market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
About the Job:

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
In this role, you will establish relationships by conducting regular phone consultations and sales pitches with a large portfolio of clients. You will use your sales, problem-solving, and objection handling skills to operate in a fast-paced environment, reaching for ambitious business and productivity goals. You will influence and build relations skills, providing Google-caliber solution selling, partnership management, and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. You will use your commercial acumen to uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve marketing objectives while driving incremental business through industry-leading advertising solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
- Achieve business growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet marketing objectives.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
- Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
