They are seeking a dedicated Environmental Health and Safety Officer to join the team.

**Role Overview:**
As the Environmental Health and Safety Officer, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a positive health and safety culture. You'll provide expert advice, implement procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive continuous improvement in environmental health and safety.
- Manage and maintain the ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
- Provide regular EHS reports and KPIs to senior management.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
- Coordinate environmental management programs, focusing on energy reduction and waste management.
- Identify and address site EHS issues.
- Support effective document control systems.
- Monitor and maintain EHS policies and procedures for compliance.
- Lead the accident and incident management process.
- Manage the risk assessment program.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legal changes.
- Promote EHS ownership and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Represent the company during audits or inspections.
- Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections.

**Qualifications and Experience Required:**
- Level 7/8 qualification in Environmental Health & Safety or similar.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant role.
- Strong team player with collaborative skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills.
