Head Chef required for well known Pub/Restaurant in Cork City region As Head Chef you are responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen areas ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items to the highest standards. Co-ordinates roster scheduling, labour costs, assists with recruitment and oversees staff productivity and performance Hands on and enjoys working in a fast paced environment and ability to control service from the front to ensure maximum results during peak periods. Candidates require extensive Bar Food, bistro style experience.
