Clinic Co-Ordinator- Limerick

Here at Osborne, we are hiring a Clinic Coordinator on a temporary basis on behalf of our client, Ireland's leading provider of hearing aids, for their clinic in Limerick.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Pay: €13.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
Manage the Clinic diary to maximize appointment potential
Book appointments
Front of House management
Manage all inbound and outbound calls
Patient Care – Provide patient care and expert service
Ensure the Clinic is welcoming and fully sanitized for each patient
Meet and greet patients on arrival and answer telephone and email enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements:
6 months' experience in customer service/reception
Strong Communication Skills both written and oral
Excellent Telephone Skills and Manner
