Civil Supervisor - 14187 Civil Supervisor required to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a large Data Centre project in Dublin. You will be reporting directly into the CSA Lead for the project. Responsibilities: Coordinate Civil work packages, manage site safety and QA with respective teams, and oversee daily site operations and documentation. Manage Project Schedule with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consulting engineers/architects to ensure client requirements are met, while supporting project cost tracking with the QSs. Oversee subcontractor activities, track progress, manpower levels, and conduct subcontractor meetings. Attend various site meetings and reviews, support project closeout tasks, and ensure proper change management (Cost & Programme). Hold weekly commercial meetings to capture and process variations, review drawings, and manage the distribution and closeout of CSA snags. Requirements BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering or relevant trade qualification. 5 years+ experience in a similar role. Experience supervising civil teams. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
