1. Learn, Support, and use groundbreaking technologies
2. Interact with engineers from leading technology companies around the world
3. Engage with and solve customers' technical issues via phone, chat, or email
4. Apply advanced techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs
5. Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
6. Drive customer communication during critical events
7. Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the AWS customer community
8. Our support engineers are also the “voice of the customer” and have a strong voice in to the teams for recurring issues or feature requests.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
