- Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer applications, enabling efficient handling of emails and data entry.
- Property Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the property industry will provide you with a distinct advantage in this role.

This fast-paced position requires handling numerous calls daily, alongside a significant volume of emails. It is particularly suitable for individuals currently pursuing a career in property management, offering hands-on experience in the field.

The Key Responsibilities include:

- Front of House Duties: Welcome clients and visitors, serving as the first point of contact for the office.
- Maintenance Issue Management: Address day-to-day maintenance concerns across our diverse portfolio of residential developments, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Issue Logging & Contractor Liaison: Accurately log maintenance issues and maintain effective communication with contractors to ensure swift action.
- OMC Member Queries: Respond promptly and professionally to queries from Owners’ Management Company (OMC) members.
- AGM Arrangements: Assist in the organization and coordination of Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Scheduling Assistance: Collaborate with the Property Management Team to schedule contractor access for ongoing projects, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
