My Client is hiring multiple Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team in a permanent, full-time role.Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be part of a supportive and professional environment where learning, growth, and career development are encouraged every step of the way.Whether you're a recent graduate with a Business degree or someone looking to build a strong foundation in a global, fast-paced company, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in the health tech sector.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds etc.Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and proceduresRepresenting the company in a professional, courteous and efficient mannerComplete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in house procedures.Working in a safe manner at all timesReporting to the Customer Service Team LeaderREQUIREMENTS:Fluency in spoken and written EnglishStrong communications skillsExcellent telephone and customer service skills
