Working as part of the team you will be integral to the future development of Dublin Airport. You will be responsible for working with key business areas and stakeholders to define daa client requirements for airport infrastructure, ensuring minimum impact on Dublin Airport operations. Key to the role will be the ongoing management of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, to ensure that airport needs are realised. A thorough knowledge of airport operations is essential with a good understanding of the Safety Management System and insight into the key stakeholders and the demands of their business. ?Develop client business and functional requirements and scope documentation for projects. Represent the business in ensuring the airport requirements are realised through the delivery of the project. Coordination with multiple business units and stakeholders. Support project delivery team whilst acting as a custodian for the airport requirements throughout the development of projects Attend design reviews to ensure business requirements are met, in line with time, cost, safety and quality criteria. Ensure that project co-ordination occurs, including carrying out a cross-functional reviews. Co-ordinate development and ongoing management of Change Risk Assessment to ensure that safety and security risks are adequately identified and addressed. Ensure projects are reviewed and where necessary escalated through Safety Committee structures (SAG, SMG and if necessary ESRG) in line with Elevating Safety action. Ensure the development of Safety and/or Security case documentation, to support the project, as required Co-ordinate with the Project Manager and the IAA-SRD Relationship Co-ordinator to develop submissions if required to IAA-SRD/Security division. Identify constraints and review phasing plans to ensure continuity of business in a busy live operational environment. Present recommendations at Senior and Executive Management levels. Co-ordinate stakeholder communication during all construction project stages (inception / feasibility through to operational and engineering handover). Attend monthly programme review meetings and cross functional planning forum as required, representing relevant sections of the business. Co-ordination of Change Management and Governance during all project stages. Complete update reporting on a regular basis to the ATM team ?A minimum of five years post graduate experience in a relevant field. An understanding of ICAO/EASA Regulations, BCAR and Fire Regulations and Safety Management Systems. Experience of co-ordinating projects within a live operational environment with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver within agreed parameters. Experience in client-side project management / representation. Awareness of DAP SMS and willing to undertake specific training regarding risk assessment techniques. Strong organisational, interpersonal and people management skills. Excellent influencing, relationship building and communication skills. Excellent safety and quality assurance skills, drive and enthusiasm to deliver. Ability to work in a challenging environment both on own initiative and as part of a team. Full driving licence (Category B or above). Committed to daa values. Third level qualification in a technical discipline, e.g. Engineering, Project Management.
