Hours of Work - 35 Hours - the allocation of these hours will be at the discretion of the Department Head and in accordance with needs of service Department - Human Resources Location of Post - Peamount Healthcare, Newcastle, Co. You will be involved in the strategic and operational development of the HR department, including being assigned a function of responsibility under the new HR Operating Model which will include: HRBP for Recruitment, Administration and Compliance HRBP for Workforce Planning and Training HRBP for Employee/Industrial Relations and Employee Support * POINT ON SALARY SCALE New appointees coming from the private sector will be placed on the minimum point of the scale. Clinical and Therapy Grades: Incremental credit may be applied for recognised relevant service in Ireland and abroad (Department of Health Circular 2/2011) in the Civil Service, local authorities, public service, health service and other public service bodies and statutory agencies.
