Store Manager – Fashion Retail Store Full-Time | Permanent | Senior Retail Management Opportunity

On behalf of our client, a well-established and recognisable name in Irish fashion retail, we are recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to take the lead in one of their busiest and most commercially important locations, based in Stillorgan.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and empathetic leader with a strong background in high-volume retail. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive environment with an established, long-standing team, where people leadership, consultative selling, and exceptional customer service are key to continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, develop, and motivate a loyal team to achieve store targets and maintain high standards across all areas of the business.

· Drive commercial performance by analysing sales data, understanding customer profiles, and making real-time trading decisions.

· Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience, with a strong focus on consultative selling and personalised service.

· Uphold excellent standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store reflects current trends and brand guidelines.

· Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing store culture built on empathy, communication, and trust.

· Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all store functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a high-turnover retail environment.

· Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results through effective leadership and sales strategies.

· A confident, people-focused manager who leads with empathy and clarity, committed to staff development and retention.

· Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service through a consultative approach.

· Highly skilled in visual presentation and store standards, with a strong eye for detail.
