Senior Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager

Location: Dublin/ Leinster area
Salary: Competitive + Benefits + Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical projects from tender to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic contractor delivering high-profile projects across data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, and commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of mechanical projects from tender to handover.
Work with sales and proposals teams to prepare bids, cost estimates, and project plans.
Manage and mentor project teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Attend site regularly to monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, representing the business at meetings.
Prepare project programmes, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS).
Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with all requirements.
Identify and manage project risks to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

5+ years' Project Management experience in mechanical services.
Background in mechanical engineering, ideally with HVAC systems knowledge.
Experience in high-spec environments such as data centres or pharma sites.
Strong leadership, organisational, and commercial skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Full driving licence is essential.
